Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, advance reservation is required, as we only accept one booking per day.
How many people can join per booking?
As we specialize in private tours in Kuala Lumpur, we accept only one booking per day. For full-day tours, the maximum group size is 4 participants.
For walking tours, the maximum is 6 participants per booking. This allows us to provide a more personalized experience and ensure you get the most out of your visit.

How can I pay?
To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required. Payment instructions will be provided in your confirmation email 😊
The remaining balance can be settled at the end of the tour, either in cash or via online transfer.
Will my pictures be taken during the tours?
No, we do not take photos of you during the tour. However, we are happy to help by taking photos of you with your family or friends so you can keep beautiful memories of your experience.
Occasionally, we may also ask if you would like to take a photo with us, but only with your permission 😊
Do I need to give tips?
Tipping is not required and entirely optional. Any tips or gratuities are always appreciated, but they are never expected and will not affect the quality of our service. Everything is at your discretion 😊
If I can’t make it, how can I cancel?
Upon booking, only a 30% deposit is required to secure your tour.
If you haven’t made any payment yet, you can simply click the cancellation link in your confirmation email.
If you’ve already paid the deposit:
Cancel at least 14 days before the tour date: your deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancel within 7 days of the tour date: the deposit is non-refundable.
